Stephanie’s local roots run deep. A Newport Beach native, Mater Dei High School graduate, UCLA alumna, and holder of an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, she learned the value of integrity, hard work, and skilled negotiation while working alongside her father, Orange County developer Timothy Strader. Her lifelong connection to the community gives clients an insider’s perspective on Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Eastbluff, Harbor View Homes, the Port Streets, Seaview, Newport Coast, and other Coastal Orange County neighborhoods.
Stephanie and her husband, Elliott, also a Newport Beach native, have raised their four children in the same community they have always called home. They remain actively involved in local schools and charitable organizations, including Segerstrom Center for the Arts, CASA, and KidWorks. When she’s not helping clients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and taking long walks with their boxer, Boomer.
