We are a team of six licensed agents at Compass in Newport Beach, and we have been working this market since 2005. Our territory is coastal Orange County, with most of our work concentrated in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, and Costa Mesa.

Most of our clients are not making a routine move. They are buying a first home, downsizing after decades in the same house, relocating from out of state, or handling a property on behalf of a parent or a trust. Those situations need more than someone to open the door and file the paperwork.

We have worked one market since 2005

Stephanie was born and raised here, and the team's working territory has barely changed: Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, and Costa Mesa first, then Irvine, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and San Clemente. The concentration is the point. It is the difference between reading a comparable sale and knowing why it sold for what it did.

Credentials that fit the work

Stephanie holds an MBA and is both a Certified Senior Advisor and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Dana Strader is an attorney as well as a REALTOR® and also carries the SRES® designation. When a sale involves a trust, several family members with different priorities, or a Proposition 19 question, we know what we can answer ourselves and when to bring in your CPA or estate attorney.

Everything here can be checked

We are a real estate team affiliated with Compass, working out of 1600 Newport Center Drive, Suite 250. Every agent is individually licensed with the California Department of Real Estate, and all six license numbers are printed at the bottom of this page. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.

You get the team, not just the name on the sign

Six agents means someone can be at a showing, at an inspection, or on the phone with you seven days a week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. You will not be handed off to an assistant once the agreement is signed, and you should never have to chase us for an update.
